1. English Version

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Multilevel mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Plus" and "Pro") that unlock additional speaking-practice questions, AI-based conversation practice, and personalized feedback.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt its services, reverse-engineer its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

AI-Generated Content

Speaking evaluations, scores, and feedback are generated using automated AI models and are provided for practice purposes only. They do not constitute an official IELTS, DTM, or other certification result.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided within the App remain the property of Multilevel and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multilevel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. O'zbekcha Versiya

Ushbu Foydalanish Shartlari ("Shartlar") Multilevel mobil ilovasidan ("Ilova") foydalanishingizni tartibga soladi. Ilovani yuklab olish, unga kirish yoki undan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu Shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz.

Obunalar

Ilova avtomatik yangilanadigan obunalarni ("Plus" va "Pro") taklif etadi, ular qo'shimcha speaking savollari, sun'iy intellekt yordamida suhbat mashqi va shaxsiy fikr-mulohazani ochadi.

• To'lov xarid tasdiqlanganda Apple ID hisobingizdan yechiladi.
• Obuna joriy davr tugashiga kamida 24 soat qolganda avtomatik yangilanishni o'chirmasangiz, xuddi shu muddat va narxda avtomatik yangilanadi.
• Hisobingizdan joriy davr tugashidan 24 soat oldin yangilash uchun pul yechiladi.
• Xariddan so'ng istalgan vaqtda Apple ID hisob sozlamalaringizda obunani boshqarishingiz yoki bekor qilishingiz mumkin.
• Agar bepul sinov muddati taklif qilingan bo'lsa, obunani sotib olganingizda undan foydalanilmagan qismi bekor qilinadi.

Sun'iy Intellekt Natijalari

Speaking baholari, ballari va fikr-mulohazalar avtomatlashtirilgan AI modellari yordamida yaratiladi va faqat mashq qilish maqsadida taqdim etiladi. Ular rasmiy IELTS, DTM yoki boshqa sertifikatlash natijasi hisoblanmaydi.

Javobgarlikni Cheklash

Ilova "bor holicha" taqdim etiladi. Qonun ruxsat bergan darajada, Multilevel Ilovadan foydalanish natijasida yuzaga kelgan bilvosita zararlar uchun javobgar emas.
